Your Home Has Any Of These Fittings:

– Chandeliers: Your home has a maximum of 5 Chandeliers to be uninstalled and reinstalled at your new home.
– DSTv: You have Regular or Extra View DSTv service connections to be uninstalled and reinstalled at your new home.
– TV Mountings: You have a maximum of 2 TVs mounted on the wall to be uninstalled and reinstalled at your new home.
– Picture Mountings: You have a maximum of 5 pictures mounted on your office walls to be uninstalled and remounted on the walls at your new home.

Your Home Doesn’t Require These Extra Services:

– Carpentry: No complex carpentry is needed at your old or new home.
– Metalwork: No metalwork is needed at your old or new home.
– Electrical Work: No electrical work is needed at your old or new home.
– Plumbing: No plumbing work is needed at your old or new home.

What You Get From QuickMove:

Before Your Move:

– Your Move’s Assessment: We will need to conduct a phone or physical assessment of your house to enable us plan adequately for your move. From our experience, this planning guarantees that your relocation into your new home will be smooth and seamless.
– Know About Your Moving Team: A day before your move, you will get, via email or SMS, the full names of disciplined, clean and organized MoveMates who will move you, including the registration number of the truck as well as the driver who will move you.

During Your Move:

– Meet Your MoveMates: You meet your MoveMate crew for the first time on your move day. Our Kenyan DCI-tested and Zero-Scratch™ Certified MoveMate crew arrives on time at your new home ready with everything required to move you to your new home.

– Our Service At Your Old Home: Your MoveMates will pack your items using internationally recognized Zero-Scratch standards. Our Zero-Scratch packing and handling system guarantees that ALL your items will arrive at your new home without a scratch, dent or dirt. We will pick every piece of debris and leave your old home clean.
– Transportation of Your Items: We will load and transport your items to your new home. Our clean and closed branded and non-branded trucks are customized to protect your items and privacy.
– Our Service At Your New Home: Once at your new home, we will unpack each item with a velvet touch and care, set everything up just the way you want them. Your MoveMates will only leave your home after you are satisfied with the placement, arrangement and setup of everything in your new home.
– Move Duration: We usually begin the relocation between 8 and 9am, execute it and complete your relocation by dinner time for any house smaller than a 4 Bed room house.
– Zero Supervision: In case you’re too busy to be around during the move, worry not. Your MoveMates will lead and supervise your move and ensure everything is setup just the way you want it in your new home.
– Number of MoveMates: For QuickMove we will deploy 3 to 10 MoveMates to move you depending on the size of your house and the items to be moved. All our MoveMates are uniformed Cadet MoveMates with Fushia staff ID cards.
– Truck For Your Move: You will get a closed branded truck, if available. If branded trucks are not available, you will get a clean, closed and a non-branded truck for your relocation.
– Packing Materials For Your Move: Our MoveMates will come with clean packing crates, boxes, shrink wraps, blankets etc to ensure that your items don’t get scratched, broken and dusty as a result of the move. We can also provide packing boxes in advance to enable you pack personal effects in private.
– Zero-Scratch Guarantee: Enjoy peace of mind as our MoveMates deploy the Zero-Scratch packing & handling system to pack all your items. First, the sales person arrived on time, his was a precise but detailed survey, they also agreed to cut us a good bargain deal. On the moving day, the team arrived very early, they were very organized, had clean packing materials and lorry. After a brief introduction the team leader delegated others duties. Their packing was superb. Both teams at office and at our place were very responsive to our concerns. They carefully moved our items and everything arrived safely. Unpacking was also good.
